Enhanced Audio Return Channel (eARC) lets you pass full-resolution surround sound signals from a compatible TV to the receiver. The Cinema 70s uses a high-current, discrete power amplifier for each of its seven channels, resulting in powerful, precise sound. 50 watts per channel may not sound like a lot on paper, but you'll have enough for small-to-medium sized rooms.
